There are documented deaths and horrible suffering nationwide due to the exposure to all the toxic chemicals mixed in a meth lab environment.
I am ashamed of how the State is taking care of its servants. We as the general public expect law enforcement and public safety to be at our beckoned call.
These hardworking, public servants who risk their lives for us daily are now being dishonored!
Now it is those who sacrificed their lives and ongoing lives in our protection needing help,so we as a State think it alright to turn our backs and challenge their care claims!
There are no scientists which would say that meth lab exposure is safe for humans. The effects of toxicity at the lab site are longterm, and require extensive cleanup.Just breathing in the fumes and skin absorption can quickly be overpowering.
As an on the job related issue, back in the original days of meth labs in Utah many entered lab sites repeatedly without the correct protective clothing now mandated!
I encourage citizens and politicians with integrity to stand up and say "take care of our public safety and public servants in Utah"
